Car buying usually takes a long time and requires multiple trips.  But with technologies now a days, it should not take long and I don't have that time as well.  Ricardo was great, I knew what car I wanted and just want to get the price of the best deal without having to go into the dealership.  Other places just keep asking me to come in and we will discuss.  I am able to tell Ricardo what I want and he is able to get me the price I want.  The deal was done over the phone and just need to pick up the car the next day.  Super easy and fast just the way I like it.  Very pleasant experience and I would recommend my friends and family purchase from him in the future!

Had to wait a couple days to get my appointment scheduled but once I entered the service department my impression changed. I dealt with Ben L who kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. He was very attentive and informative. First time in awhile I had a pleasant experience!

Very happy with the service and deal from Jean Paul, the easiest and straight forward transaction for my 3rd F type. I was a loyal customer at another NY jaguar dealership but the offer from Jean Paul was extremely generous and he even gave me their loyalty rebates. Deal made over emails and phone and I swapped cars the same day. Thank you Jean Paul, I love my new F type and best of all the price was unbeatable.

I had horrible experience with them. I wanted to get a service appointment for my brand new Land Rover. (Which is 15 days since I got). It came out the the AC wasn’t working.  
I had a very hard time to get an appointment. When I took my car I had to wait all day with my baby until they diagnosed it. They said we need to change a compressor and need to leave it for 24 hours and no Loaner, if I wanted a Loaner I have to wait another month.it means I have to drive my without an AC for one month. 
Then I decided to take my car to the Long Island Land Rover for service. 
I got a very easy appointment, they were very professional and quality customer service. I took it next day which is today and they were very pleasant, they knew their job. And of course I had a loaner without a question. 
Within  few hours they called me and the problem wasn’t with compressor,  they did whatever it was need to be done and my was ready for pick up.
As you can see the difference between these poor and professional car dealers, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go for the Manhattan Land Rover to get their cars done.

Such a pleasurable experience getting a new car. All of the staff were so accommodating and helpful and Jermaine and Issac delivered excellent personal service. The Range Rover Sport is also such a special place to be and our entire family loves our new car.  

2018 Quick update, the lease is up on the RRS already so it was time to change. I did look at other manufacturers but after speaking to Jermaine Velasco and again getting wonderful service I went for the new Discovery. It drives so beautifully and just like the Range Rover it is simply a very special place to be. Great products and first class service, what more could you ask for.
