We truly enjoyed our stay! First time in NYC to celebrate our son's birthday, so we chose to stay here to be in the middle of everything - right in the middle of Times Square. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they had our room ready two hours early, and they even gave our son a very thoughtful birthday gift to make our stay even more special. Room was clean and had plenty of space for the three of us, shower had fantastic water pressure, and beds were very comfy. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Stayed 4 nights here with my daughter and grand daughter. Staff was very friendly, very professional; no problems there at all. Convenient location in Times Square within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. Only issues we had were the fact that neither our coffee pot or refrigerator worked. The coffee pot was missing the filter tray and the fridge did not keep water or fruit we had bought very cold. Also, the battery in the room safe was low by the 2nd day, so we didn't use it after that. Still giving four stars as these were all things I could have brought to their attention and didn't. We got too busy doing things to address it. But for the price of the hotel, these seem like basic things that should have been in working order. The hotel restaurant was way too pricey for us, it would have been nice to have that option.

Got a great deal for times square on Hotwire. Checking in was a breeze and the agent was very friendly. He got us in 4 hours before check in time which was great. The lounge area was very appealing, but I thought the room left a little to be desired. The bathroom was nicely updated, but I thought some of the amenities would be more upscale in the bedroom. The bed was really comfortable though!!! Overall a great experience. I highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel many times for business in the past and found it to be a great option for business and pleasure. It is a beautiful hotel very much in the middle of Times Square. The restaurant and many of the rooms directly overlook Times Square. The rooms are nicely appointed and have large showers. They have a very helpful concierge desk. That said, the A/C could not be adjusted below 68 degrees and felt warm some nights. Check-in is in the lower arrival lobby. After that, you're on your own because there is no desk in the main lobby. The elevator from the arrival lobby to the main lobby is painfully slow and there is no other alternative. In all elevators, the lights are so low it is difficult to see the floor button and the music is beyond funky. Feels like management is going over the top to demonstrate the hip factor. These changes since my last visit a number of years ago were not positive for me.

I found that the service was excellent. The staff timing to answer and respond with requests was excellent. The rooms themselves need an upgrade or renovation. The coloring is nice and still holds true to this brand however the actual pieces were either scratched or the edges were crumbling and this caused it to feel much less high-end or
