Great location is the only pro. The maids woke us up at 9:00 am. They didn't supply us with more toilette paper and kleenex until we called and asked for some. The rooms were small size. And they didn't keep their promise of a water bottle which was included in the outrageous resort fee. Valet parking was available if you called half an hour in advance to pick up your car. It took them 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive our car.

Well. If you like being seen on the toilet by somebody in your room or like being seen taking a shower this is the place for you. I would not recommend at all. For being recently made when I had gone (approx 6 months) the floor times were cracked there was a huge gap between door and wall concealing the bathroom (the toilet being in the direct view through the crack) the rooms were tiny and are really only designed for 1 person. It is basically a knock off of citizen M Which has got this concept to a tee Riu however have not. I would not recommend at all.

Food and drinks were good! Location is packed but its Times Square. Would come back to dine at again. Service was fine, but it was packed so obviously could be better.

Service was great from the moment we entered down to the very last second we left. Great service, spacious rooms, fantastic location, and an overall pleasant experience! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice and clean. Very accomodating and has a bar inside. Walking distance from shops and near tourist spots. Although you have to pay for the parking and the valet.
