I have been to this location several times due to the convenience. Several times I have witnessed poor costumer service and attitude. Additionally make sure you bring tape with or be ready to purchase tape at $3.99 every time you arrive to ship. Or you can just skip this location and go to north academy across from the chapel hills mall where customer service is pleasant and they supply packing tape for your boxes.

This is a nice neighborhood post office. It just moved to this location and is nice and clean. It is set up nice with lots of packaging material and boxes. It also has greeting cards and other gifts. The people have always been nice to me.

The girls here went above and beyond to help me . There are signs that say you have to have your things ready to go- addressed and packaged . This makes sense it's not their job to handle MY mail but they will help you decide the best way to mail something you have if you ask them to weigh it . They are so sweet and caring ! I will definitely be back! Thank you for your kindness girls ! Well I have gone back to mail by Christmas packages, once again the service was great and even at this time of year there was not a wait , I was in and out ! I always get great service here. Thanks again!

The staff was always friendly and fast. UPDATE: They've moved to a new location: 720 Village Center Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Signs in window on 2-26-18 of new location.
