Always friendly, despite the fact I'm putting ready-to-ship boxes on their counter several times a week. Never lost a package

Service sucks, no one answers phone, and when going in there personally sucked because they had less info in front of them then what their website could tell me. Then when package was suppose to be delivered finally, there was no attempt at doing so as they falsely posted they attempted to deliver and a slip for pick up was left in my mailbox. I have nothing in mailbox. Like I said service sucks at the office and the drivers!

Wait time to speak to someone is between 17 to 20 minutes. Lets get with 21 century and put the information of available on mail boxes on the website, the cost and size. Then you just sign up for one, and bypass the human that takes 17 minutes to answer the phone.

I am currently missing a package, showing that is still in Denver for the past three days. THE biggest issue is this, I have called 2x, tweeted 7x and emailed now 3 times, and spoke with Sabrina, at the 5001 Centennial Rd, Colorado Springs, CO. 80919 branch. First off, NO ONE has a clue where my package is. There is something wrong with that picture. It is your job to deliver packages, and you don’t know where it is. After trying EVERY option given to me, I finally called my local branch, spoke with Sabrina who I was told is a supervisor. I explained the situation, and she advised me that there was no telling where the package was, and that all she could do was give me a number, where “ they probably won’t answer “. I explained that the reason that the USPS has such a bad rap, is for instances like this. I am looking for my package, and all she can do for me is give me a number, where no one will answer. I explained that you all do not care about customers, let alone customer service. I asked what am I suppose to do, just wait and hope you all find it, sometime? Explained AGAIN that this was unacceptable, and how “ you all “ do not care about the customers. She insisted on trying to interrupt me while I was talking, then to prove my point about not caring about the customers she hung up on me. I was not yelling, didn’t say a single curse word, just did not let her interrupt me. SO, we went down to the Post office, and met her in person. The first thing she said, was that I shouldn’t have come down to the Post office. I then told her that she PROVED my point about you all not caring about the customers by hanging up on me. She said she hung up on me because “ you were being rude “. I told her that she was interrupting me, and I wasn’t going to allow it. She was interrupting me again, during this and I pointed it out to her, and she apologized. This is completely unacceptable. She is in customer service, and AGAIN, this proves my point that you all do not care about me, or other customers. She also slammed the window “ door “ out of frustration when we were leaving. I have all of this recorded on my phone if she denies it. I really don’t think you will do anything about this. I have had 3 issues in the last month out of this location, NONE of my fault, but I get screwed over, and given excuses, and hung up on. So here I am, not knowing when or where my package is going to get delivered. I HAVE NO ONE, to reach out to to help resolve this. She also said something that stuck out to me, that I didn’t know how “ our process worked ". No kidding, that is why I am here, looking for help, but get hung up on. I want to know where my package is. If you all really cared about customer service, she wouldn’t even be a supervisor, because if she is leading in this fashion, it is a sad state of affairs. I get better service from a call center when I call Verizon, and even better service from Walmart.

I come here for the Self-Service Center. I always hate shipping USPS because there always seem to be some kind of problem, but it is the cheapest of the three options (which isn't saying much).
