There is an overly large, older white male by the name of Mike, who seemed to have an issue with non-white customers. I saw him treat a younger black female, who was extremely polite to him, poorly. He slammed a pile of mail in front of her and then embarrassed her and told her to "look through it yourself because it's a lot if people in here and I don't have time to go through every parcel." After she left, there were two Hispanic men, who would've been next, that he completely disregarded to help an older white woman. She was in front of me. I decided to leave. I am a black female as well and I did not want to go through the same thing. I am not as friendly as the lady mentioned earlier. If I come back, I will record my experience and post to every social media and report it to USPS so they will know how their employees are treating and choosing their customers. What I witnessed was heart wrenching. USPS has to service all races and should not treat anyone any differently just because they look different on the outside. Please be careful in there.

If I could give this a zero rating I would do so. This is the very worst Federal post office I've ever dealt with in over 30 years. The manager tries to act like he's totally oblivious and non-caring. I have had a Federally approved home delivery mailbox setup due to my disability with complete proof and approval from the Federal government to have my mail delivered TO my home. The only problem is? They don't keep good work ethics enough to prohibit them from missing delivery or picking up time sensitive materials. Atrocious service with some lackadaisical employees whose movement is comparable to a snail's pace. Observing them just makes you nearly angry enough to want to go behind the counter and get your own mail or services. If you can avoid this location? Just please find another one for your own mental state.

They lost my package so I had to reorder and t a week later they found it. I had to pay for the product twice because of this post office. The next package that was sent from New York went through 3 post offices with no problem the was rejected at this post office because they said it was taped wrong. It was obviously revenge from my postal carrier because he was reprimanded for losing my last package. I went right down and picked it up after seeing this on the tracking notice online. They also threatened to fine me 50 dollars because they said it was taped wrong. The thing is that it was taped correctly they were just trying to get revenge. Our postal carrier at our apartments should be fired.

Always slow. Had issue in tracking package to an old address 5x they told me they would investigate and call me back. "We will tell the carrier to pull the box... we will call you back tomorrow to keep you posted." Bull! 3 1/2 weeks later I still can't get anywhere with them. I called today and asked, "so since you don't know where it is should I just file the claim", the PO worker just says yeah.

This post office is always packed and very slow but the kiosk works fine.
