How do you give someone negative stars??? They take the cake, this place is beyond terrible. The drivers are just as crappy. Ive held my tongue long enough, I recently ordered well over $300 worth of college textbooks and thank god for tracking updates from the company I purchased them from or I wouldn’t have known they were delivered. The package was left on the driveway by the garage door not even the porch or front door! The tracking said it was on the porch and no doorbell was rung. We have had packages stolen from us because of these drivers, and the ‘management’ at the office is so rude and make it sound like we lost the packages ourselves just because the information said it was delivered. Ive had packages sent to this location then jump back to Denver and end up in another state sometimes we never even receive them or they show up days later if not weeks later. True stories everyone. I have lived in many places and never have I been more disgusted with a local USPS location. PS no issues with the location my employer uses, they are friendly and the drivers come in the office when we have packages of any size.

Not a good post office. The ladies inside are nice and helpful. But the old man with the beard charges different amounts and ads certified with tracking sometimes and not sometimes. Says that the way things are. Threw an envelope at me and told me to look for numbers, I don't work there! He does. Never using that post office again.

In store folks are very helpful and polite but the mail carriers are not friendly nor do they pay attention to detail. I constantly receive the wrong mail- wrong addresses and often the wrong street completely. This has been happening for more than 2 years. The past three Saturdays we have had outgoing mail that didn’t get picked up until Sunday and Monday this past weekend. I pay for two day delivery on some items and when I track it, it’s out for delivery for 2 days before it arrives. Do you guys need a mail carrier? Because I would take the job.

They work hard and are respectful. They serve selfless and commit to duty. I am greatful to be able to address a problem in ten minutes or less. A little RESPECT goes a long way. Thank you!

Send a package but by mistake I changed a number of the house where the package would go but as I followed the tracking number day by day I realized that something was wrong because in the tracking number said that the address could not be found, then I call colorado springs post office to correct the number and do a Redelivery Scheduled, talk to someone and I made sure the package would be resent again, but you know what? Today I received the package to my house. How many stars do I give? Another thing, I had a wait of more than 45 minutes to be able to talk on the phone with someone.
