Unhelpful and unapologetic. I received a package at my PO Box—a PAID service—and was never notified of its arrival. No note. Nothing. When I asked about the package and provided tracking info stating that the package was available for pick up, I was told it wasn’t there. On my second attempt, after 15 minutes of waiting, I was told the package had been returned to sender that very morning because I hadn’t picked it up. A huge inconvenience. If I wanted to deal with missing packages, I could have had it sent to my street address rather than paying for a PO Box. I’d transfer to another location if it were possible.

I find myself changing this review once again! After a frustrating series of contacts over two days with people who, with one exception, did their best to avoid locating my missing mail, I finally made contact with my carrier and two WONDERFUL ladies at the branch office this afternoon who both located AND delivered my missing mail (something that the other employees who I talked to, with the aforementioned exceptions, didn't even attempt to do).  

If you are reading this and are either the carrier for the North Chestnut Street route or were one of the two female employees working at the branch office today, ASK YOUR BOSS FOR A PAY RAISE. You were all professional, courteous, and helpful. Your fellow employees could learn from your example!  I have filed an official compliment form for you via the USPS website, as well. You three are a credit to your profession!

Horrible is actually an understatement for this specific location. All of the workers are passive agressive and beyond rude.

Rude, unprofessional, and uninformed employees. I've been to some bad post offices and this is sincerely the worst of them all.
