I'm stumped on how to handle this post office. They have managed to lose 2 separate packages at 2 different times and they won't do anything about it. One of the packages was with over $300, and all they said was that it was delivered somewhere else and they can't find it... Jump ahead 3 weeks later and they lost another one! This tracking number says it's in their facility but no one has seen it! How does that work?!? They told me to call the company that it was from to see if they would just send another one.. they are Constantly making mistakes with deliveries and won't do anything on their end to correct the situation...

There was a delay in getting my package that I ordered for my daughter’s Christmas present. I received a text from usps stating that my package was delivered at the business in the parcel locker that I work for but most of us do not work on saturdays. I called and spoke to Vanessa at the post office and she was so helpful. She called the driver to see if he could take it back to the post office for me to pick up. The driver was able to bring it into the business building before they closed and we were able to pick it up. Huge THANK YOU to Vanessa and the driver for going above and beyond to help me get my daughters Christmas present in the nick of time! Meant so much to me and my family!! Please share this review with them. Miracles do happen, Merry Christmas!!

You can usually get in and out in 5 minutes, except at Christmas time. The mail persons at the counters are very helpful and courteous. They always ask you if you need any stamps. The parking lot is small. They have a drive through area with 2 mailboxes you can place your letters or small folders into, if they have postage stamps on them.

They have an unprofesional post man they lose several times my mail samebody knows how can i make a report? I went to the offices and the General Manager is so rude she said she need vídeos or photos like a prove.

Love this post office because of the employees! I had to ship a few small fragile framed paintings and needed a box size that they didn't have in the front, SO the manager searched and searched in the back until he found something that could work. This box was a PERFECT fit to securely fit my framed paintings with enough extra room for bubble wrap. I'm so incredibly happy with their initiative to help their customers! They were 100x more helpful than even Fed Ex! Way to go!
