Went in to get a money order very simple transaction. Lady didn't have any money orders the other lady already went to break the other person didn't show up nothing they could do drove an hour round trip left with nothing.

We had a package that showed on their website as "delivered". It said that it was dropped off in a parcel locker. We looked in our mail box, and no key to the locker, no package, no letter notifying us of where it was, nothing. I call in to the office and they tell me that it was being held at the office because the parcel lockers were full and we had to either come in and pick it up, or schedule a "redelivery" on their web site. Common sense would tell you to just deliver it the next day. If it was being held, why did the tracking number show as "delivered"? Why did we not get a notification of this? Why did they not just deliver it the next day? During the phone call, the gentleman that I talked to gave me an attitude like I was inconveniencing him because of my missing package. Terrible customer service.

Only because I couldn't give them anything less. They consistently "lose" mail sent to me or they just flat out stop delivering thing with my name on it to my address but will deliver everything else to the rest of the people in my home. When you call to try to get it worked out it only goes to an automated system and will never connect you to an actual person. Instead the system just hangs up on you  if it can't understand what you say.

I don't usually go to the post office, so I never really know what I'm doing when I'm in there. I accidentally picked up an overnight priority mail envelope and one of the workers walked up to me and asked me if that was in fact what I was planning to do (which I wasn't), so he handed me a priority mail envelope that was 6$ (as opposed to the 23$ one I picked up). I was mailing in my passport application and the lady at the counter was very helpful with printing out a money order for me and getting everything all setup.  Happy with my experience at this post office.
