This is the worst POST office. They consistently loose any mail that I sent unless I pay the $6 for tracking. The just put confidential mail on the ground in your yard. I have never had an issue with another post office before. Absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible Service. 

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.  I have had mail torn up, cards appear to be opened, and packages mishandled, but what has led to me actually sitting down to write the review would be this latest incidence. I have been waiting on my wedding photos to show up.  Three days after I was expecting them based on the sender reaching out to me and letting me know they were on the way, I came home to a notice that stated postage was owed. No big deal. Except they left no tracking or article number. No local phone number and no address. I called the 800 number and was told via automated message that they were having technical difficulties and was hung up on.  So, I followed the instructions to set up a re- delivery,  knowing I would be home that afternoon. The confirmation was given to me that they would redeliver. So, I sat here and waited with the whole $1.96 they needed from me. Stayed near the door with the windows open so I would hear when they came by. Hours passed and no luck. So, I called the automated line, and found out, that sure enough they hadn't even bothered to attempt re-delivery, and that my package was at the post office. What is the point of offering re-delivery as an option if you aren't going to actually do it? Had I known it wasn't coming, I would have made a mad dash to the post office.

If they aren't messing up your mail, not delivering packages, losing packages, opening packages, or refusing to refund you then there's actually something wrong. Prorate to wait an hour and a half (no joke) on hold to speak to customer service.
