I called this USPS location after verifying with another USPS location that this branch/location services my address. I have tracking numbers for 2 packages that both show "Delivered to Individual" totaling a value of over $630 that were NOT Delivered to me or any occupant who shares my address. This is the second time this location has inaccurately delivered valuable packages. Meanwhile I have to wait until tomorrow when the driver who services my area is back to get some type of information as to where exactly my valuable packages really are.

LISTEN TO ME. There is nothing wrong here. Never before have I seen such a multitude of foul-ranked ratings—so I walked in with my one-star at the ready, half expecting to be mugged or something. Instead, I behold a line of employees at their registers ALL cheerfully smiling and laughing with customers. Not some of them. Every one of them (about six). I soon partook basking in holiday cheer myself soon thereafter. Stationed at the packing table there was even a staff member to help with prepping those gifts to send. I ordered ten stamp books and left with a smile. Now, yeah, maybe there’s a chance they absolutely stink at shipping. That’d be pretty lousy for a post office, and I will test this factor, updating accordingly. However, from a customer service standpoint, this location is exceptional. I hope my review has helped you see that maybe it’s not so terrible in there.

I live 9 miles from this location, in Gleneagle, yet this is my local post office. It's area served is pretty much the same as the area of D20. That's an awful lot of people for one post office. How many other post offices have 5 high schools? If they give 80921 an office of their own, that might make things better here.

It's true. Rudest employees who treat you like dirt. A few are nice. Avoid Bill.....He has no problem snapping at you if you need his help and don't have everything sealed and labeled to his standard. Made me want to cry from humiliation as another employee pretty much joined in. I forgive these people but please AVOID this USPS like the plague!!!!

I have complained about all of the mis-delivered mail before. I routinely receive other people's mail, and of course wonder who receives my mail. What has become of these complaints? Absolutely nothing! There has been no improvement in service. I can only conclude that correctly delivering mail is beyond the capability of the US Postal Service. Is there anybody out there that even reads these complaints?
