Anyone looking for a gift this season, think twice before buying from Saxon's and Xo. If you or your loved wants to return the gift; and if you paid cash, they DO NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY. They also won't refund the money to your credit card, this is funny, because they return funds in the same manner purchased, EXCEPT when cash is used.  Instead you can let them hold your money until the next holiday or occasion to apply it toward that purchase. Or, snail-mail a check, which takes 7-10 days.  In this case the holiday will have passed before I receive my refund, real nice Saxon, my husband just bought me a gift I had put on hold at the Bel Air store. Well, I will be at your door on the 26th returning it, and I will take my husband's refund to Smyth and I will continue driving across town for all my jewelry purchases.

Great location.  Absolutely worth going.  Very knowledgeable,  and helpful.  Vic, was great and very pleasant to work with in choosing the right engagement ring.

Saxons is the best around and Keva is the best salesman I've ever worked with in any industry. Their customer service is top notch. Would've given more than 5 stars if I could

I have been shopping at Saxon for many years and now feel like part of their family! My wife and I visits their often, service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! We buy all of our jewelry through Saxon, Kevin, Lance and all of their employees are very nice and friendly and very knowledgeable. I have recommended several friends who have bought engagement rings to small pieces of jewelry. They are also very giving and caring people and have helped us with many charity events. Nice to have a local business support its communities.

It is always a pleasure to do business at Saxon's. Kevin and his staff (especially Nichole) are always so attentive and helpful. I like the relaxed atmosphere & the selection of jewelry & I have never had trouble finding a great gift for my wife at Saxon's. Great job and I look forward to our next purchase at Saxon's.
