Sheets and towels were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Shower worked well. Plenty of hot water. Coffee pot and refrigerator worked. Those are the positive things. The carpet was stained. We wore slippers because we weren't sure how clean the floor was. The blinds were warped. The lock on the front door was a little tricky. The drawers in the dresser needed a vacuum. It's an older motel, so there was visible dry rot. Overall, you are getting what you pay for.

Really dirty place. The worst motel I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at quite a few cheap ones). It has no air conditioning, no housekeeping. The carpet was filthy and there was weird stuff on the wooden walls. The only clean part of the room was the bathroom although it had a tiny shower. The wifi was excellent though.

Closest motel I could find to Sierra lifts. Great price. Friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but still really good. Standard rooms Comes with refrigerator microwave coffee maker flat screen TV with good channels like FX and of course bathroom with shower. If it gets too cold at night you can adjust the heater for your room.

The room was spacious and clean. There was no air conditioning and the fans in the room only helped so much.

We got stuck in Tahoe after the weekend because of a snow storm and were looking for a cheap place to stay the night. Price was amazing! If you're only looking for a place to crash this is a good option, rooms were decent/clean, don't expect too much, but it was exactly what we needed for the night. Also the pizza place right next door was also pretty good for our expectations.
