Nice hideaway resort in between Frisco and Breckenridge. A lot of different lodging options through their privately owned chalets and RV hook-ups. They also have a decent clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry, and a game room. Outdoor play ground and small fenced in dog park as well as dog friendly paths. It made a nice stay for us, our kids, and our pups.

Great staff. Great place. Online “check-availability” was ambiguous Better to call. Place was booked solid but I was advised if I hadn’t found anyplace to call the day before and see if there had been any last minute cancellations...and their had. Our RV broke down 50 miles south of Breckenridge and they were able put us in a very nice cabin. This place was VERY well maintained and professionally managed. Snow cleared from the roads daily. Definitely upscale. Near as I can tell all the RV and Cabin lots are individually owned and the place is ran by their local property owners association. And I’m guessing they have some pretty strict deed restrictions. As such NONE of the riff-raff you’ll find at times in more traditional RV parks. Will definitely return. Note: Pets are allowed on the RV sites but NOT in the cabins.

I had planned on staying over in Breckenridge for one night during a festival. I live in Littleton and wanted to give my kids one more camping night before winter. I had to send them pictures of my 1967 vintage camper before I booked to make sure it was allowed since it was over 20 years old. When I received no call back, I contacted once again to try to get a booking. I was then asked the length of my camper. After 24 hours of this game, I was told my camper is too short to be allowed in the resort?? Wow. I have camped all over the US and have never dealt with such a pretentious place in my life. I didn't know you had to own a tour bus to enjoy camping in my OWN STATE.. Just ridiculous.

Rented a unit through airbnb. Unit is really nice and community center is great. Pool, hot tub, showers, game room... very convenient to Breck.

Amazing place. The rv spaces are very wide and easy to pull into or back into. The resort is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I knew about the rules on what campers are allowed and it also states on their website that campers over 20 years would need to provide pictures prior to checking in for approval. I have a camper over 20 years and they had no problems with it. I would definitely stay here anytime I'm in the area. Love the location and all the amenities at this resort.
