If I could I would give them 0 stars but I have to give them at least something to comment. The worst experience I have ever had! I asked for help to find a package that would fit my item and that was at a low price and all they said to me was to go look on the wall. Then I got up to pay for it all but needed tape to tape my label on (printed it off from home) when I asked if they had any tape he told me that I can buy the tape they had there and then I'll have it for next time. How low does a company have to go to not offer a basic tool (for free) such as tape. Tape is used constantly there, how hard is it to offer it as a kind gesture? Seems to me all they care about is themselves and not the customer. I will never go to that location again because of how poorly I was treated. Thanks for nothing.

As many others have said, I wish I could give them 0 (or negative) stars. They are irresponsible and just plain lie about deliveries. They LOST MY MOTHER'S ASHES - which had been sent via registered mail, finally located them somewhere in their office over two weeks after they were due to be delivered. Their phone is constantly busy, they seem to be understaffed. I can't tell you how many packages of ours and neighbors they have lost. I've been forced to drive down to the post office, wait in horrible long, slow lines, to retrieve a tiny envelope which could easily have fit into my mailbox. Why oh why does Fed Ex and UPS "hand over" items to them? They list items having been delivered which haven't. I can't  believe how utterly incompetent they are.

Ever since moving to the area three months ago we've had issue after issue with mail delivery. The first month all our mail got delivered to our neighbor. After complaining, we started to then get all of our neighbor's mail. Now our carrier has gotten into the habit of marking tracked packages as delivered when they haven't been. I've never had issues anywhere else that I've lived.

Update: It's still horrible! It's apparently far too much to ask the carrier to check "Does this piece of mail say Unit B or Unit A?" before putting it in the box. Even after going to the postmaster directly, I get the story "Oh, the mail that went in the wrong one didn't specify if it was A or B." Yeah, only if it's Spam. Anything with my name on it has the Unit specification, the carrier is just horrifically lazy and sloppy. Get a P.O. Box in a different city, or have all your mail come to your work address. 

When I lose a business deal because a time sensitive check has been sitting in my neighbor's house for a week because he didn't catch it in sorting that day, this institution alone is enough to get me looking for other cities to move to.

The last two years living in Riverton has been the worst USPS experience of my life.  I literally live next door in the apartments next to this location, people complain all the time about missing mail, late mail, mixed up mail.  I have a PO Box at this location.  My packages have been routed more than once to different locations all over the state.  Or they will state it has been delivered and it has not or ends up being delivered late.  If you have to stand in line here, plan on being here a while.  The line is usually to the door.  I have submitted formal complaints on a few occasions, but they unfortunately never get any better.

These guys don't pay attention. My neighbors and I have been complaining for months that the keys to the package boxes are mislabeled. Thus we all get keys to boxes containing other people's packages with no way to get our own. How many different ways do you need to explain the problem before it gets fixed?

Still not fixed on 10/6/17. Absolute morons.
Talked to the letter carrier on 10/7/17. 
Still not fixed 10/17/17. Either the keys are mislabeled or they can't read.
Labeled right 12/13/17 but these bozos put another person's mail in the box.
