Horrible. The people delivering mail don't know how to read addresses, I have more packages delivered to the wrong address than the correct. They don't seem to care that they are making mistakes and/or do anything about fixing it. The mail carrier who delivers my mail needs to be fired. They also don't answer their phone or return calls when you specifically ask to be called about a problem.

Nice office and great location. Staff is usually friendly when I come in. ( the one with long blonde hair isn't the most polite - but the one with short blonde hair and the shorter brown hair are always very nice) I have had bad experiences when calling in as well. They either don't answer the phone, or they are extremely rude when they do.

Whatever hateful old hag answers the phone should be fired. Only answers yes or no like you are bothering her. I called SLC DMV and got all my answers in 2 min and 38 secs with a professional. My last comment was deleted. I will continue to rate if this is deleted. Service is terrible. In person, the experience is much better.

This post office is a joke. Don't bother calling because apparently this place doesn't take calls. The people who deliver the mail just shove mail in the mail box ruining important documents. This post office needs some serious management training. I recently replaced my mailbox because someone had been going through my mail and was told it had to be approved...all of the homes on my street have the same type of mailbox I had put up. Tried calling and what? Can't get a hold of the post master to approve my mailbox so now I'm not receiving my mail.

It's our mail carrier. She does not deliver all of our mail, delivers it to the wrong address and we are receiving the ad circulars but not the coupons that should be in them.
