Leadership encourages non-delivery of parcels and can't/won't give a specific reference to back up reasoning. Carrier has mislabeled package as "restricted delivery" when that wasn't correct (making it more difficult to pick up a package that they wouldn't deliver). There are a few helpful staff members here but on the whole this establishment is extremely disappointing and far from customer service oriented.

My mail 3 Times has been delivered to someone else. Recently my package was opened, my merchandise was opened and my return receipt was missing. They left the package on my porch and left. No apology. Over Thanksgiving we placed a hold on our mail. On our return our mail was jammed so tight in the box we could not open the box with our key. Please, please - these individuals need new training especially on how to read an address. If it says “drive” it’s “drive” not LANE .... a letter is going to our Postal General. Enough

I ordered an item on amazon prime thinking my package would be here in 2 days. I’m at home and just received an email saying a delivery attempt was made however, they don’t come down my road because it’s dirt. Now I’m trying to call the post office to see if I can pick up today but the number listed on google is not working at this time! Last time I had an item missed delivery email I didn’t get the peach slip till the following day and wasn’t allowed to pick up till the day after that!!! This post office is always busy and 13 about 20 mins away from my house (because it’s in anthem and I’m in desert hills). I live less than a 1/4 mile from the mail box and the dirt road is actually a nice dirt road. Maybe even nicer than some of the paved roads out there. They need to open another post office for desert hills folk and need to figure out how we can get slips and pick up the same day!

Amazon deliveries unexpectedly failing to get delivered. No notice or explanation. Can't call. They won't answer the phone. Customer service is a zero priority. Shameful. They don't equate performance with revenue or compensation, thus no motivation to improve.

They don’t care one bit. Attitude galore. Typical Government employees. They won’t deliver to our house and if our packages don’t fit in the parcel then I have to go do their job. Recently package says delivered but never received it. Now I’m gonna have to call them and deal with their laziness. Just not right.
