“Notice left” for my package. You might as well just say we didn’t feel like delivering it today because it was cold. A five pound package that requires no signature. You couldn’t just leave it like you do every other time? That is except when you “leave a notice of attempted delivery,” which you don’t actually leave. How about this? Just deliver it on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. Place is the worst and the carriers are no better. Lazy and full of BS excuses. Thanks for nothing.

Worst customer service ever! I was waiting in line and one of the workers was yelling at  another customer. The guy had an issue going on and the worker responded that’s your problem. I was so appalled! You call that service?! Those two at the front desk are nothing but lazy and incompetent. I wouldn’t trust them with my mail.

IS Bd i was suppose to get a package yesterday before 8 pm Never got here .today again out for delivery no package and no mail now Monday is a holiday  3848 w cullom

Bad customer service. I lost 2 packages and didn't know why. They treating customers very bad. I don't want to go there so I use another USPS location.

My wife went there today and the place was empty. We're wondering why, maybe people are tired of their customer services. 

So one person only was by the desk. My wife said hi and she didn't answer back. She took my wife's package and didn't say a word.

Definitely, we need to stop going there.

This place is bad, employees act like they don't care about there job. 
Have had several issues with my mail being lost misplaced or mail man just tosses mail on my porch instead of putting it in my mailbox
