United States Postal Office is such a Nazi regime. I went to the post office with my driver's license and a notice to pick up my package. The lady behind the glass would not let me take my package because my address wasn't current. I'm the only person with the spelling of my name in the entire world, and still they wouldn't let me pick up the package. What happens when I bring a passport that doesn't exactly have an address on it? Are they trying to tell me that I wouldn't be able to pick up my own package with a government-issued passport?

TERRIBLE!!! I can't imagine there being any worse service and employees. Go elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down

Unfortunately, after so many years my mail is always in wrong place, my employee went to post office with my ID to claim my mail and never was provided after 3 attempts. Please work on costumer service.

Employees are extremely rude, especially to non-English speakers. The carriers that work out of this location regularly lie about attempting delivery of packages. If a package is larger than a book, most often carriers scan it "delivery attempted" (without leaving a notice) and it must be picked up at the post office. This has happened on numerous occasions when I was working from home and I can verify that no actual attempt was made.

A post office that runs out of stamps. Snarky with patrons. Some postal workers act like they are doing you a favor when helping you. I would definitely go elsewhere if it wasn't so darn close to my house.
