If I had a zero I would give a zero. The worst post office ever in the whole USA. They are the slowest people I have ever met. And the other day the Hindu lady didn't want to except my stamped letter. So i had to go and buy different envelope(because they didn't have white ones) and come back in order for the other lady to tell me, why did u do that u didn't have to u could have just dropped it off. At that moment i was very angry. When I told her that her coworker told me she was confused and went to her and when she came back she said i have no idea what the other lady was saying. How she doesn't make any sense.. I am never coming back here and You should never go, you are just going to get out very unsatisfied and with unfinished business. There is always a line with like 10 people and only one person working.. The line for the passport is always long and it seems for them you never have enough documents because she always sends every person back..

This is consistently the worst post office branch I’ve ever visited. The lines are always crazy long because they’re ridiculously understaffed, and the people they do have working here are incredibly slow. The automated postal center is broken far more often than it is working, so the line is usually the only choice.

Horrible! If I could give it zero stars, I would. There is a big parking lot but you CAN'T park in it! Staff only. So you have to go cruising around the nabe trying to find parking, and all of the parking in front of the building is tow-away zone, which is obnoxious. Then when you get inside there are invariably 50 people in line ahead of you, and if you try to bypass the line by using the postal machine, invariably it is out of order. This place bites! Plus, my postman is illiterate and constantly delivers mail to our building that belongs next door. My ex-neighbor who moved away filled out a forwarding card two months ago, but we are STILL getting his mail. I even get mail for a guy that moved to St Louis 2 years ago!

This post office line is ALWAYS HELLA LONG!!!!!!! As a matter of fact, I’m literally standing in it as I write this. One line is for passports and the other packages. The only perk is that employees are nice and helpful. Bring your phone charged with game apps is all I can say or you’ll want to poke your eyeballs out w/ ballpoint pen from being so damn bored. I ain’t playin. This line ain’t no joke.

Not so long ago, if you needed to call your local post office to have a question answered regarding delivery, you could. Now, all calls go to a central number with a dysfunctional automated system, so when it fails to help you, the typical wait time to speak to a live person is an hour and a half. We have mail misdelivered to us that is supposed to have been delivered to FOUR OTHER DIFFERENT ADDRESSES. It makes one wonder: who is getting the mail that was supposed to be delivered to us?
