This man is not the most helpful person in making you understand things about ypur shipping. The way he talks to you and makes you feel. Really hope there can be some better effort in helping people. I really like that it's close to me but because of this person I drive a few miles just to go to another one.

The man who is most often at the counter is rude and most recently I discovered, not helpful. I had been asking for international stamps for several weeks. Every week he had none. I went to a different post office after three weeks of trying and discovered that I can use several regular stamps in place of one international stamp. He never once suggested this. His demeanor is incredibly unprofessional. I remember about a year ago the post office lost a piece of my certified mail. When I brought the concern to him, he sneered at me and said I can't get a refund. Stay away from this location if you can.

Disregard my previous post. The window clerk was pretty grumpy. He acted like he didn't want to be there. He was knowledgeable I will admit.

Would you like to be treated like a roach?? Would you like to receive the worst customer service ever? Would you like to be yield because you want to receive some information? Ok then come to this place.. I Came two diferents times, thought the first time the guy was having a bad day, came a second one, and realized that's his natural behavior.

Incredibly bad customer service. The employee was very rude to me. He was not willing to help or inform me how to ship a package. He would tell me to either look online for help or read the posters on the walls. He refused to talk to me and ignored me. He would also treat other customers the same. He would respond in a rude tone and was not willing to inform their customers. His answer was always "Look online" for all the questions he was asked. Someone please look into this matter. It is completely unacceptable.
