My most recent incident with the Jeff Park branch: 
Waiting for package delivery (box).
Tracking says 'Out for delivery'-Then defaults to 'Ready for pickup'. What?!
Never received-Call post office no answer and get auto-hangup.
Call the Postal store on Lawrence Ave and attendant answers and I give them tracking # for search. She tells me nothing they can do-I need to go to post office for pickup! (Why did I pay for shipping to my residence??)
I then insist- they need to get in touch with Post Office where my package is being held!
Okay ready for this? The package is at my door step within 10 MINUTES!!
Beware people  to get your packages when routed through Jeff Park Post Office. Good Luck!

The employees at this branch really know their stuff.  The same folks are there 6 days a week providing efficient, knowledgeable service.  I ship a lot of items and they answer all questions professionally.  When lines build up I've seen their agent go person by person through the line and advance people through more quickly if their business is simpler.  Other p.o.s in my experience -- city and suburban --  haven't been nearly as friendly, efficient and professional

always the USPS everytime I have a lost packages, it says delivered but when I checked the mailbox it wasn't there. I called them before but their manager keep denying it. Their mailman need to get their delivery straight. One time my neighbor knocked it into my door and give us the package that were missing for 2 days. He told us that the mailman miss delivered to their home. Yesterday we missing another package, it says delivered in my amazon but we still don't have it. Amazon now starting to make an investigation. Everytime USPS doing the delivery some of our packages were gone missing!

Missing mail, lost mail, misdelivered mail. Ongoing problems and doesn't answer the phone (ever...  try calling now, you'll hear endless ringing until you're disconnected).  Going on six years of horrible inconsistency since moving my business into this area.  Everything is fantastic about Jeff Park except this post office location---excluding two temporary carriers that actually know all of these ongoing issues.  I have filed so many complaints, which is what my carrier tells me to do, but nothing improves.  I wonder how quickly I would go out of business if I treated my customers this way.  Not sure why this post office is so awful.

The employees offered help proactively, were very nice to everyone, and seemed like they were having fun! No line, good times.
