I get there at 6pm just pick up a package and they already have the doors locked. And they are supposed to be open until 7pm. And their excuse is sorry we are really busy so we are closing early. I was just there to pick up a small package only. Never seen this happen at any post office ever. Will never come to this specific post office again. Will be shipping all my items to my other building so I don’t have to deal with this.

Slowest Post Office Ever. No matter when you go there, you will find a line, because most of the time they have one employee processing everything as slow as possible. They could care less if there are 50 people in line; they take their sweet time. Last time I went there to pick up a package, the lady who was supposed to be on the package pickup door was leisurely re-shelving empty boxes; instead of helping me, she just asked me to wait in line. Unfortunately, this is my post office, so I have to go there every now and then to pick up my packages. Avoid this location.

People give the post office employees a hard time. I was in there this afternoon (when they’d normally be off) getting my passport application together. These women were pleasant, patient, and fun. Thanks ladies. You made my trip to the post office a great experience today.

The worker Vivian was very efficient and helpful. I cannot stress enough how thorough she was with helping us find our package. She even got ahold of who was on which bus route to find where our package could have gone. She went out of her way to make two different phone calls to two different people to find out whilst helping others as well. She did everything she could to help us and she didn't complain once.

20 people in a line and the Csr starts yelling at the person that walked up to him..This post office needs to replace some of its employess with faster and hard working individuals
