They are the worst. First, they didn't redeliver my package that I scheduled for redelivery. I spent the whole day sitting at home, waiting for a post man to come and it never happened. At 5:15pm I decided to set text notifications on my order, just in case, if my package comes the next day. Second, when I came to the office to take it myself, they told me that they sent it back already. When I called to the customer service and told them what happened, they couldn't explain why they never complete redelivery and why it still says that my package scheduled for redelivery, even though it's been a week already. I filled the complaint and I never got a call or an email from the office and when I called to the customer service again, they told me that my complaint case marked as "solved" and it says that they have contacted me and explained to me everything! Nobody even bothered themseves to contact me and they just lied about it! 
Learn how to work and stop lying!

They don’t offer any packaging. If you have it boxed up or in an envelope you’re good to go. Friendly staff.

This place is so awful. Multiple deliveries have either been lost or delayed. Always told by tracking online packages are attempted but never see slips left. Service is so slow at the location to go pickup as well. Bare minimum work. I try to avoid using this post office at all costs. Use FedEx or UPS people.

Horrible customer service. Should have checked the reviews before I went out of my way to go there.  Clerks lack knowledge on their own business. Clerk said they can't track packages which is a lie. I've had post offices track for me before when I've lost packages. Clerk made it a problem that I wanted my pre paid label scanned into my receipt as well after I realized it was not on my receipt. Do not recommend here.  Where do they get these lazy people from with zero customer skills to unload at the post offices ??

After repeated calls to notify them about lack of mail delivery and mis-deliveries, we still have problems. We have not had a regular carrier for years and they cannot seem to keep any capable persons on our route.
