May 14, 2018, 4:32 pm Held at Post Office, At Customer Request This is what i got sent to me today! i was waiting all day for my package to arrive and at this time this is what was sent to me through text message. I did NOT request this to be held there. I normally never have had a problem with my packages getting delivered at the right time it tells me. Earlier at 9 this morning i got a text saying its out for delivery why does this not make any sense. I JUST WANT MY PACKAGE!!!

I have no idea how this place is allowed to operate. Doesn't the USPS have managers or people that look at the performance of its employees? Be careful with your packages, make sure that if you ship something through USPS, that you have it insured. You will not be get yp honey back if they somehow steal, I mean loose it. They seem to loose alot of packages. I already told Amazon that if they ship through the USPS, I will not be shopping with them. I will go to Wal-Mart. Now I don't want to talk bad about all USPS, I'm sure other ones are good but this one is the worst.

I have not received my mail or packages for over 5days. The mail carrier before was great I don’t know if the person is new but my tracking information says delivered. There is no orange slip saying mail was not delivered or any other information. You cannot get to speak with anyone at the post office. It is an hour wait to get a customer representative. I am not sure how this place is managed but I will contact the congressman to complain.

HORRIBLE!! How is this a place of business?? No one has a clue to what they are doing!!! These people are taking advantage of the post office, they should all be fired!

Not the best service only 1 person that's not as rude as the rest... they complain too much about the work and about customers I understand but its their job needs friendly people the worst thing is that the packages state FRAGILE or you let them know FRAGILE. They still throw it any ways...they are careless all the time, its frustrating and sadly the closest to me... Hope they improve
