The staff was friendly and helpful.  It was a fast trip.  The reasons I didn't give 5 stars: the location was a bit tricky to spot at first.  They don't have money orders.  However they were helpful to suggest near by places I could purchase one.

If they aren't messing up your mail, not delivering packages, losing packages, opening packages, or refusing to refund you then there's actually something wrong. Prorate to wait an hour and a half (no joke) on hold to speak to customer service.

Oh dear...

*Please check out my other reviews before you see what it takes for me to dish out the infamous 1 star.

**I'd like to preface even further and say this is not a first offense. The blonde girl in the story is notoriously a bit too sarcastic, loose with the swears, and too opinionated for me to have a helpful customer service experience.

The following is a true experience and I tried to type it up when I was calm, but could still recall the event. I tried to avoid paraphrasing as much as I could.

After inquiring about the least expensive priority method, the saleswoman mentioned the non flat rate shoebox was best for the job. I pointed to the one I thought she may have been talking about and to my surprise she took the tone of talking to someone you think is stupid and have had to explain something far too many times to. (I'm sure you've heard it used before)

Her: "NOooo..." (as I pointed to the wrong box)
Me: "Keep it together me" (I told myself, but then went for the gold and asked the following anyway because of my prior experience to her crassness.)
Me: "Do you guys get a lot of complaints about customer service here?" (Having already heard several of these complaints myself.) 
Her: "No in fact we don't. And I don't have to help you with that. It's not in my contract to help you choose a box". (Completely misunderstanding my reason for asking)
Her: "You can go to the centennial office if you'd rather." 
Me: "Are you serious?"
Her: "Were not a government branch, were under contract. in fact please leave. I don't have to deal with rude customers."
Me: "Rude customers?" (I said feeling like I was possibly being "punk'd".)
Her: "Yes please leave."
Me: "Are you sure you want to do this?" (Trying to give her one last shot at being the bare minimum professional.)
Her: "Yes. have a nice day."

True story. Hard to convey in text. The UPS guys around the block are amazing. Worth any extra cost incurred, if you ask me. This probably won't happen to you. You should be safe. But if you ask her a question requiring more than 5 words, keep your standards low as you can.
