Service is very bad. Some workers don't even speak English. To be fair, some workers are nice but the manager is very mean. She looks depressed doing her job. I had an incident with the manager 

So I sent a package last august. It's been over a month and a half, my uncle never received his package. Tracking never updated so I went to her and asked her what's wrong with the package?  The manager told me that the package was received but the post man forgot to scan it as delivered. ..... i told the manager that it WAS NOT received. Why would my uncle lie to me about not receiving a package? I asked her "how do you know that it was the situation?" And all she said was "because I've worked here for 33 years".  So apparently she's acting like a  psychic. I asked her if I can get a refund because you lost my package. She said "NO, have a nice day" and walked away. I ended up getting the package sent back to me last November out of the blues. I went back to the post office and showed the manager that she was wrong that it was sent back to me.  All she said was "oh well.. there's your package." She has a really nasty attitude. 

Another incident I had with this post office is that many of my packages says "arrived at post office" yet they never have my package and it never gets delivered to my house.  The manager told me that she will investigate and she will call me when she finds it..  until this day, she never called back. Is been almost 1 month now I still don't have my package. What a horrible experience with this post office.

Worst post office I've been to in 30 years of using post offices. An embarassment to the city and government. Understaffed, terrible service, disorganized, crude, massive lines, and more. Seems third world. Most can't speak basic English.

Yesterday I went to this post office with prepaid label created online. And for some reason chinese rejected my package(it was not paid). So I went to a different USPS office in the city and they accepted it without a problem.

Not doing their job properly, loosing packages and not being responsible for that.  Very disappointed  (((

Why don't they give a call when nobody answer the door bell! Really frustrating experience since I was waiting at home all day and only got a notice for redelivery. I swear I didn’t hear the bell ring!
