From now on if I order online (Ebay) and the only option is USPS, I will cancel the order as they don't come up to the apartments. The whole point of ordering online is to have it delivered! The best is when I'm waiting for an order that has been marked as delivered and I never received it.....Awesome!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They never ring my bell or knock on my door. Instead they leave a not saying to go pick it up but when you do the door is out the line. The workers there are rude and often throw packages or tell you they can't find them when they don't even look.

The postmen in this location would never deliver my packages because my office is located on the 3rd floor. Most of the time, they simply left me notices asking me to pick up my packages myself. When one time I scheduled Re-delivery, the postman was so mean that he threw my package onto my desk by standing at the door. I was so frightened and mad, but he seemed nothing happened. I just feel the postmen working in this location are so rude that they don't deserve their jobs. The worst thing is, it seems that consumers have no where to complaint.

Customer service is horrible at this location and super slow. If your trying to get in and out I’d say about 20 mins before you get your mail or package because the line is super long and they need to put 3 people at one window so you can get in quick and leave promptly

I never receive my ordered packages to my door. I always have to go to this Post Office to pick them up and on top of that, the lines are always long. What's the deal?
