days for a regular letter to go from hylan blvd to bay street. You kidding me? That's why the post office is going bankrupt. Pony Express mail was faster to go cross country.

Always different  temp post person delivering and they make false delivery attemps. I'm always getting someone else's mail and most important is sometimes delivered to wrong address. The best one is unable to access mailbox and I have mail in the mailbox delivered same day of a so called attempted delivery? You have to make a report every time for them to clean up their act. I'm always on edge with this postal service.

I'd give this place ZERO stars if possible. Always huge lines you have to wait on. And when you are piling up stuff, takes forever to find them. Most clerks are rude and nasty. Everyone who works at this site should take some customer service workshops. This post office is a real mess. Someone needs to help clean this place up.

They'll update me telling me my package is there but when I pick it up they say it's not ready, why would I be notified that my package is at the post office and not be able to receive it ??? Either they're really lazy or it's usps (only 2 employees every single time and there's 4 booths)

Horrible customer service!! Got an email from ups saying that my package was available for pickup and when i went to pick it up they were extremely rude and told me i have to come back tomorrow.
