Ok, I've been going to this postal service for a couple months. I honestly hate it so much. It's right next to a military camp. The place feels ridged. The people working there either hate their job or take it way too seriously ( they treat you like you are the bad one)

One guy took my package and he took it outta the container. I ship out garments so he literally messed up my whole design. That's affected my rating and business.  The following time he game this huge lecture about using black tape. I told him , I never had an issue and responded with " are you about that" like almost threatening me ( make sure to save your receipts). I have feeling that because I am so young and started my own business they secretly hate me. 

Keep in mind. The first it happened I was open maybe understanding that I did something wrong but the bottom line is that they are negative people. They get the job done but will literally ruin your day. 

The other thing too is that sometimes they will literally have a boot camp yelling at the kids in front of the building. The whole place is unprofessional and sadly just way too aggressive. 

I highly recommend you go to a different location.

Some of these post must be outdated. The staff that took care of me this morning was pretty funny and professional. The transaction was fast and simple. No problems.

I can't even call them. Even I have been opening the gate and waiting for them for two days. They said they came and left notice. No they didn't, I got nothing! And now I try to call them 100 times, the line keeps busy and dropped off. What's happened to this office? Everyone had to stay home and wait for the packages. It wastes of time. Why don't they just make things clearly and easier for the customer?
