This place is useful. I gave to the clerk the package and it's just disappeared. Even doesn't shows accepted. This is not a first time they losing my packages. Hope this please will be closed forever!!!

They lie shamelessly to customers, always rude and unprofessional, don't care to do their job duties at all! The managers and supervisors behave like members of the mafia and turn a blind eye to customers' complaints. The worst offender - Mr.Chu - a Chinese guy, but other employees, including his relatives, are almost as bad as he is. it is a small office and the work volume is high, but these people don't even try to be professional. They treat this office like their personal private kingdom and abuse customers just for fun, feeling invincible and safe from any disciplinary measures. Numerous complains are filled daily - even to Postmaster General, there are thousands of episodes to investigate. But nothing changes! Throw them out, fire the whole staff - they are irredeemable! Why these guys are still get paid from our taxes?  This is disgusting and unbelievable.

This 5 star is for Ms.Chu. She is very nice, always takes good care of customers with sweet smile. Like yesterday, she found out one of my prepaid packages was short of postage.  Thank you! Ms. Chu

Went there once and so far didn't have a problem with shipping but this place need more staff, it was very messy. I tried to find priority mail sticker but it had only one with smth written on it. I didn't wanna stand in line in ordee to get a new one so I used it. But then there were no pens at all, I had to borrow one from a lady.
