Moved to the hood a year and a half ago and found this usps office. The people are very nice and very helpful.

Had no problem at this location sending certified mail. Poeple are helpful and fast in service. Also there are few self-service points if you do not want to interact with staff. One even is located on the back enter so you would not see anyone from the staff at all.
Postcards, gift cards and examples are all in place as usual.

I wish there was an option to give these people 0 (zero) star!!! They soaked up my whole positive energy! They are way too rude. It was my first time at a postal service in US and i asked question to make sure not to do something wrong and send my letter properly. What a terrible attitude

Most of the time everyone is helpful, I don't know why people have such a hard time. Start with being polite you might get better service

Second time in 6 months that the workers here make me cry by being absolutely rude and disrespectful. Amazing how this location still exists.
