30 on a Monday afternoon... I had an item to ship and was unsure what the best packaging and rate would be. The help I received was cheerful and clear...and the line of twelve or so people moved quickly : )

usps is really awful. I shipped four 2days priority mail. They just delivered two of them. Another two mail is still under delay state for 12days.  They just told me just wait.  What the hell!  Will never use USPS again!

I've never been to any USPS locations that have decent services, and this one is not an exception. I don't really mind the long lines and slow services, but at least treat your customers with respect. I came in asking to track a package that has been held at the post office for too long (and I don't know the exact location to pick it up), and the lady there simply told me to "figure it out myself". Her answers surprised me and other customers in line that there was a guy standing in front of me offered to help me using his experiences. Seriously tho, as a customer I expect the minimum customer service to be polite and respectful. I try to avoid USPS as much as I can, and even if I have to pay a bit more for FedEx and UPS, the service there makes me feel like my money is totally worth it.

7th circle of hell. Bad attitudes all around. Not helpful.

And, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, DO NOT STEP UP to an associate until they call next or you will be HUMILIATED for all to see.

Bring your own tape and pens because they are NOT providing ANYTHING and you'd be an IDIOT to think otherwise.

I get it, it's a thankless job, I GET IT -- however, don't come to work if you're not prepared to work.

As a frequent USPS visitor, this is the most efficient one I️ have been to. In a hurry? Local tip: set-price priority shipping, pay with card and they will call you to skip the line.
