It’s not that the people who work here are rude but it certainly seems like they are just trying their hardest to be the opposite of helpful and kind. Twice now I’ve come in to renew my passport and twice I’ve been nonchalantly waved to the forms, filled one out, waited in a line I was pointed to just to be told “it’s the wrong line, go wait there, that’s the wrong form, we keep the right one behind the counter” both times I asked for the forms and where to line up, both times dismissively pointed to the wrong place and then redirected like it’s no big deal after wasting 30 minutes. No one who comes here is expecting anything extraordinary, just some efficient service would be appreciated.

Very helpful a great staff and if you are only going to buy stamps or a money order they have a gift store inside that you don’t have to make a big line just to buy a money order or a stamp

I concur with most of the bad reviews I've seen here. There are a handful of very good workers at the Rock Center Post Office but the majority of the women that work at the location are very abrupt and rude. I try and avoid interacting with them too much but unfortunately I've literally had to visit there several times a week for the last 3 years and it is TRUE

The staff service is terrible and very unprofessional....should avoid if possible, every person there should be replaced because it’s not fair that people should have to put up with their attitude if they don’t like working there they shouldn’t take it out on other people... I would give a zero if I could getting yelled at is disrespectful and this place lacks customer service skills would never go back to this location

The staff was all girls and all so sweet! I was absolutely surprised at how efficient and friendly the service was at this post office. The bad reviews must be some personal experience but mine was a treat!
