Was missing some packages and went up during lunch to have them located. Staff was helpful, and I was in and out in 15 minutes or so. I went in expecting a nightmare from the other reviews, but I had absolutely no issues. /e lowered rating. The office is easy enough to deal with, but they constantly fail to deliver packages which causes me to have to spend my lunch break going to pick them up. They will state there was no where to leave the package, but it is clear that it never even makes it onto a truck. My guess is they have to do this to meet package quotas.

Today is August 24th, 2107, time aprox 12:20pm. I went to this branch to mail a letter, I was the only person there, no good afternoon, no hello, nothing 😣 I wait and wait, I was infront of two Ladies that work there, they were in a talking and talking without knowledge me at all, I guess their conversation was more important than help me as Custumer. Normally I receive a very good customer service from other two Ladies but they weren't there today. This suck big time!!!! No happy at all. LH

The people who work at the office are fairly nice but delivery times can be slow. I've had several instances where mail has arrived at this location and just sits there for a couple of days despite it not being a holiday or the weekend. If you really need/ want something on time and can't get it sent another way pay a little extra for expedited shipping from the seller if you can.

My experience was very pleasant at this location. I got all the answers I needed and the wait wasn't terrible as I've experienced at other locations in the past.

I would give them NO stars. Service is terrible. A package I had shipped to someone else was missing the suite number. I did not know it had a suite number because I google the address and it did not list one. I spoke to three different people and they never followed up with me like they said they would. They do not explain anything to you. I spoke to a female on the phone and explained what happened. She said my package was at the post office and I could come pick it up. Not once did she say the person that it was shipped to would have to pick it up. So I wasted my time and gas to up for her for someone else to tell "I just can't give the package to you." Good luck to anyone else that comes here.
