This post office service sucks. I never received my certified mail. My mail never reaches me. The service is horrible. I sat waiting for my piece of mail for 40 minutes and the gentlemen comes back and puts his finger in my face and tells me to wait a minute.

I have medications that were shipped however I never received them and it's been 2 weeks. The leasing office doesn't have it either but the postal worker states they delivered the package to the leasing office.

By far the RUDEST customer service I've ever experienced in Post Office. Visited here 12/22/16 to buy stamps. Stamps, people... just stamps. Front counter lady needs to get a new job... she clearly hates this job and anyone she comes in contact with. The lady first asks me to change where I'm standing.. as I'm standing on the "wrong side of the island" apparently.. I'm the only one in line, mind you. When I get to the counter, She makes sure to instruct me that she can't handle my letters nor would she put stamps on them... as it's not a service they provide. First off, I didn't ask you to but since we're on the subject, for the last 40 years of my life it's never been a big deal to just hand them to the associate. The lady is just LAZY (and rude)... in her little latex gloves behind the counter, wiping the counter off after every person comes in... because let me tell ya, Lady.. them letters are dir-tay! Whew buddy! In all seriousness, In the future I will go out of my way NOT to go anywhere NEAR this location AGAIN. There's no excuse for her attitude. Life is too short. I hope someone in upper management will read this and do something about it. There's too many other people in the world in need of a job who could put on a happier face than this miserable person.

I have a shipment of medication that originates from this location every week. It's always late and it seems like this post office is to blame. When I have a PRIORITY EXPRESS package that was dropped off to you on a Tuesday, why is it still there on Thursday? Every week? The word priority means nothing to these people.

This location is a disgrace to USPS. The staff is beyond rude. They will walk to the back when they know you are in a hurry. Hopefully management will understand that Lolita Porter needs fired because I have never seen someone treat other people so bad in my life. She yelled at me when the magnetic card was not working on my card as if it was my fault. I then asked to speak to a manager because she she wouldn't stop yelling at me and she claimed I couldn't speak to one or know who I could talk to about the situation! Do not go to this location at all costs!
