A USPS woman who picked up the phone was extremely disrespectful, did not want to assist me, was condescending, and in the end, hung up on me twice when I requested to speak to her supervisor. When I called her back after she intentionally hung up the phone on me, she once again said she would not give me her name nor her supervisor's name. She was out of line. I questioned her professionalism and said that since she does not work in a call center, she doesn't need to be professional. My initial call was simply to inquire about 2 packages that were supposed to have been delivered two weeks prior but had never been delivered. I soon discovered the items had been sent to my local USPS without notifying me, and were sitting there waiting. She disrespectfully told me that I should know the UPS tracking number (even though the package was delivered via USPS -- go figure!) and repeatedly tried to get me off of the phone instead of helping me to locate the package. Although it was 4:30 pm, the office does not close until 5 pm and I suspect that she did not want to spend time helping me as it was close to quitting time. I need to make a formal complaint and unfortunately, she was too scared to give me her name -- certainly, for fear that she would be reprimanded for how she had spoken to me.

Horrible what this Doraville (Longmire extension) post office is putting this community through. They falsely mark packages delivered that have not been, they falsify delivery attempt statuses in their online tracking system. Claim “mailbox full” when it’s not, and often simply won’t deliver packages requiring customers to pick them up. Hundreds of complaints monthly, clear theft/fraud/neglect taking place and nothing being done about it. Try giving them a call... they’ll put you on hold for an hour, refuse to deliver guaranteed mail, won’t give you their name or employee ID, or will just hang up on you. Absolutely disgusting what they’re doing to the Doraville citizens. This isn’t just one or two instances I’m referring to, it’s the DAILY actions of this post office’s staff!

So I made an appointment for my return package. The lady came in my drive way and picked it up so, it was all good. I was supposed to have a pair of sneakers delivered that day also and saw her holding another brown box in her hand after she picked up the return package. She didn’t place it down and walked back to the car, so i thought it was for another house. I left the room thinking that’d she’d leave a package outside. I went out to get it after she left, there was no package but it says delivered. Next day talked to the mail man who worked Saturday. He couldn’t track a UPS (they transferred it to USPS) number, so he gave me the number to local post office. I called and told them I had a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. All he did was ask for my address and then said “I have lunch, so I’ll call you back in an hour.” ITS 12 and THEY CLOSE AT 1 pm.

By far the worst USPS office in existence. There is an urgent need of new management and training because they obviously don't understand how to run this place. Mail is constantly lost and customer service is nonexistent. Rude and lazy employees, understaffed and untrained.

I've spent lots of time waiting and not being helped at this location. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to. I prefer driving further just to mail. USPS should really add a self service machine in their location.
