Lolita working behind the counter is extremely rude, has an attitude, and completely lacks respect for all costumers. Reading all the reviews about her are very true. I have no clue how she is still employed there. 

Every question received a 1 or 2 word answer. Her favorite response was "go online." 
She answered us as if we were annoying her or as if we were asking a stupid question. She talked down to us. She sighed and slammed packages. She Never apologized for HER misunderstanding or giving us the wrong info.

I will never return as long as she works there. I was treated with complete disrespect. I rather go to UPS or FedEx, they are a few minutes down the street.

Lolita is very rude. Asking her for advice on prices it was like asking her for her own money...Instead of helping she said "read the screen". I got the wrong number and she even complained that I was reading the wrong one....
She never gives me the receipts of my packages and today when I asked she was annoyed. Every single USPS that I went in Atlanta, always gave the receipts without asking. She had to look for my packages and after she scanned them she threw them away. My packages are for business reasons, and if I will get a complaint from my customers, the $50 insurance will not pay for the damage. 
It is not the first time, the second or the third that she behaves like this. If she does that at 9:05 am, I wonder how she will treat people at 5:00 pm... 
Terribly uncomfortable to go to that USPS office !

If I could give it Zero stars I would.  The most unprofessional, rude and incompetent Postal employees I've ever encountered.  The office is dirty, understaffed and required forms are no where to be found.  Avoid this place like the plague!

Agent name Lolita, she is so rude. I don't know what she thinks of herself. She refused to look for my package when she didn't give me the receipt. When i told nicely i think u didnt hear me, the look she gave me my god! I would have created scene, I do not tolerate this kind of behaviour from anyone! But my husband stopped me. I never going to that store for her!

The folks at this post office have always helped me out greatly.  This is a very busy post office and they are usually short staffed and have very demanding customers, but always take a deep breath and deal with their requests in a dignified and professional manner..
