I've seen the same man in the same spot 3 times now, the far left employee box. He never smiles. He's not polite. Frankly, a damper on my day. Almost every time I have EVER interacted with USPS and not just this location, it is a frustrating experience and a shame because I need to utilize this governmental service to deliver my mail. Get out of the business if you're that miserable and NEVER staff just one employee on a busy Friday afternoon shift!

I have to agree with the other reviewer's. I usually don't review places  after one bad experience so after 3 times of going to this location I was hoping that maybe the gentlemen that work in there were just having a bad day, and the next time would be more courteous, polite, helpful, or have better customer service. Well 3 strikes you are out. They come off in a manner as though they are miserable with their jobs and they hate the whole world because of it. They get irritated if you ask questions, give a mumbled forced response, and act as though it pains them to assist you. Honestly if you hate your job that much - get a different one! It's not the customers' fault you are miserable. That kind of attitude/lack of Custer service makes me feel more inclined to go 30 minutes out of my way to get something mailed.

Delvon is beyond rude and unprofessional. Five minutes until closing and he is rushing people out of the store and loudly stating that he is going to be late to his son's game. It seems as if he hates his job and doesn't mind making the customers aware of it.
