Worst customer service ever. The manager was right at the front meanwhile there is a line of customers and she is doing something else while the other worker is the only one taking people. She could’ve helped and got the line down then went back to doing what she initially had started. I’m now late to work and it was only three people in front of me. She could have stopped what she was doing to help. Also, none of the pens were working so I went to ask for another pen and she looked at me and didn’t say anything. I ended up getting a pen from other customer. The manager Ms. Cowin (they wouldn’t give me her first name) needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can exemplify excellent customer service.

The absolute  worst customer  service  that I've  ever experienced,  and consistently!  With all of the people  looking  for  work this is the best that you can do for hiring  qualified  help.  my last experience  at this location  I asked  the man working  behind the  counter  if he had a pen?  He literally  pointed!  This has been my experience  with  this young man every single  time!  Absolutely  no hello, no eye contact,  and no thank you!  Really?

Customer service is AWFUL. I always leave this place in a sour mood because both regular daytime employees are SO unpleasant and unhelpful. Even customers trying to engage with them in cheerful chatter are ignored.
