Very convenient in town / suburban location.  Warm, relaxing music soothes the heart, mind, and spirit, as customers (big and small) wait for service. After USPS, indulge in virtually every other task, want, or desire to nearly complete your day (spa, salon, fitness, paint with a twist, bridal shop by Lori, dining, UPS, and a plethora of other amenities within walking distance). Oh, the employees were very cordial and professional. Happy New Year!

This post office is nasty. The floor is disgusting and so is the one lady at the counters attitude. I usually just drop my packages in the box because they have a prepaid label but this box was too big. She just had a rude attitude. I will find another post office if the other associates are like her.

I drive to the East Cobb post office just to avoid these people.  As a small business owner in Sandy Springs, they are an actual detriment to my ability to service my customers. I DREAD when a supplier ships something to me via USPS.

Don't come here if you need speedy service. This location is always under staffed. It's absolutely ridiculous how long the wait time is here

Terrible customer service, rude staff. Had a huge, somewhat heavy package (the clerk rolled it out on a dolly).  I asked for assistance, considering I was holding my young baby. He refused to help, stating that it was out of his job description.  Two nice people got out of the long, slow line to help me to my car.  Not only is this lazy, it's a lack of common decency.
