This post office is pathetic. There is one employee who moves as slowly as possible. Opened after 9 so now there are 10 people in line! Who can we write to about the incompetence of this particular post office? It is one mile from my home or I would never come here. It is the SAME story no matter what time you come! Very sad.

Absolutely hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a USPS location ever. Was there at around lunch time today and was no one present to help people. The line was increasing and 20 minutes later someone shuffled in from the back and told us to wait a bit more. Really? When i was eventually helped, the person assisting me was so rude to my little boy. He told him to calm down, when he could see he just wanted to observe the goings on behind the counter. He’s 4 years old!!!! For heavens sake. He only wanted to see what was going on behind the tall counter tops. Even the people behind me were appalled. I should have said something because his words were totally unwarranted. He should not be working in a customer service position with that attitude. I’ll never go back to glen ridge USPS again.

14 people in line and only 2 counters open. A couple of more people coming in and they shut down another counter - so 1 remains open for 18 people in line around 2.30 pm? When I asked the woman running around if it is possible to open more counters the response is: If you don’t like to wait go somewhere else - really?

The sender put the wrong address on my package and the friendly supervisor Deva Greenfield searched diligently for it. When most people would have given up and said it was lost, she took her time to sort through many packages just to find mine.

The staff is openly rude to you. Zero customer service. They treat you as if you are 5 years old and incompetent. Not to mention it is incredibly slow.
