On 5/13/17, I purchased a 2006 Buick Rendezvous from Automania. This company has a 48 HOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. The purchase day was a Saturday. As I was driving home, warning lights began to FLASH on the dashboard. The dealership is closed on Sunday. Monday, I contacted Lisa. We went to O'Reileys Auto Parts and they hooked a computer to the car. We were told it was an emissions issue. They also recommended replacing the fuel cap. We contacted Lisa after we replaced the cap and the issues WERE NOT RESOLVED. We went to the dealership on Tuesday and she made a shop appointment for the following day. We brought the car back again. They ATTEMPTED to repair the car and after hours of sitting, I was told to take the car to their repair shop Hi-Q in Marietta,GA. I took the car there and dropped it off to Carlos. This is 5/18. Carlos called me on Friday and stated that the vehicle had a VAPOR LEAK(EMISSIONS ISSUE) AND THERE WAS AN ISSUE BETWEEN THE ECM AND THE ALTERNATOR. He stated that he was contacting Lisa with the diagnosis. I spoke with Lisa on that Friday and she stated that per Carlos, the vehicle was drivable" and we should be okay. I contacted Carlos and he said we should be fine to go out of town and to bring it back to him after the trip. I went Saturday morning to pick up the vehicle for our trip. My car was brought to me and the ac panel WAS NOT WORKING. I spoke to Carlos and he said it was due to the ECM. I contacted Lisa and I told her that I WAS DONE WITH THIS VEHICLE. PLEASE THE OWNER. She stated the all she had to switch me into was a Dodge Grand Caravan. I told her NO. I came to purchase a SUV not a MINI VAN!!!  She stated that she DID NOT HAVE A SUV TO SWITCH ME IN TO. I contacted my credit card companies and explained what happened.After investigating, my money was REFUNDED. I advise ANYONE that deals with this company to use your credit/debit cards because if they fail to do as they promise, you have the financial backing of your credit card company behind you.

I Have Been With This Company For A Little Over A Year Now And I Love This Company They Work With You And They Have Excellent Customer Service. And I Really Like They Have Repair Shop On Site To Help You With Any Repairs That Are Needed And Add The Payment To Your Monthly Bill If You Can't Pay Right Away They Are Not Like Alot Of Buy Here Pay Here Places.

Horrible. A employee name Kendall smith got mad because I couldn't get in touch with him right away. He start then explaining that this is his way of getting his pay check because he is only getting paid commission. I work! 12 hours a day. I couldn't get back to him the 2 times he called! This is crazy!

Terrible, corrupt and harassing. Had to get a lawyer because of them. They bribe people with a $25 account credit if they leave a positive review on google, which is why their reviews on yelp and other place are terrible. See you in court.

By far the best buy here pay here lot I have come across since driving here in Georgia. They are very understanding and compassionate towards life's issue that may arise.
