Date: Dec 12 2017 Ordered 3 items from toyrus. 2 came in timely manner. Days passed then I call and they say my package had wrong address which obviously wasn't true. Understanding of the mixup because of the holidays I don't get upset so I had my package redelivered. Week pass no package & online tracking says "on the way". Called again operator says the carrier hasn't attempted to pick up package so I re order a redelivery. Dec 21 no package now I'm upset because it's almost Christmas & this is a gift for my daughter. Called again & operator says the same thing so now I'm have to go to the post office myself & pick up my package. The whole point I paid for shipping and handling & ordered online was to avoid this I'm extremely busy & most likely won't be able to find time to go before they ship it back. Thanks a lot

Salutation to the reader, I will discuss my phone call experiences with this Postal Services. I have yet to visit the Postal building, but I will edit my review if I do. There are many moments when I attempt to call this location, either the call will abruptly end or the call is busy. In 2014 - early 2016, there were moments when a mail deliverer would constantly deliver my mail to the wrong residence, as I have had neighbors give my mail to me. When a relative reported this individual, the manager refused to be her and the problem was not resolved to when the mail carrier changed her route. The employees at times do not give their name when introducing the customer on the phone, and me and relatives have received rude and unhelpful comments in regard to discussing mail. The reader's experience may differ than mine, but I suggest to be wary when visiting or having your mail delivered from this Postal Office.

Worst experience in a post office in my life. It's like they get joy from telling you what they can't do. Honestly they should just shut this one down and start over again and suggest that the employees find new places to work this is pathetic. Do not waste your time at this establishment driving extra 5 minutes and go somewhere where you're welcome and they can help you.

The mail carrier on her own will stop delivering my mail. When I went to speak to the manager they acted puzzled and couldn't find my mail nor could tell me why my mailbox was flagged. I've literally watched my mail carrier come in the neighborhood and do a u-turn and never return nor put any mail in the mail box.

They have lost so many of my packages. Amazon always alerts me that my stuff has been delivered and nothing. After reading the reviews from other people this seems to be a common thing. I live 2 miles from the post office and I’m now shipping my stuff to my parents house who live all the way in Peachtree City. I’d rather drive 45 minutes and back than lose anymore things. There needs to be some serious evaluation of this office.
