My package was "supposedly" delivered on March 1, 2018 at 4:40pm, but i never received my package. I am still trying to get a hold of them and i am getting nothing. I still do not have my package, and i am pissed!

I've always hated this place the people here are so God damn rude it don't make no sense. I just recently went here early in the morning and the lady was extremely nice and she was extremely helpful. Even though it took 15 minutes after ringing that little doorbell for somebody to come and help me. But I'm still giving it one stars because that was literally the only time that someone was actually nice every other time I went here good customer service did not exist

The worst!  Mail is constantly lost and they don't seem to deliver mail every day....just take a day off every now and then.  Currently on hold on a call -- an hour and 40 minute wait!!!  Our package is lost but got someone else's package delivered instead -- what a mess!  Wonder who has our package...

Have dealt with this garbage Post office for 10 years. No mail delivered for a day or two. Then use lies like "gated community", "animal inference", "weather or natural disaster". Packages left in the road near mailbox, carrier beeping horn until someome comes out to carry a "heavy" package from vehicle.  Amazingly the excuses only happen for Friday and Saturday deliveries. Postmaster hours are 730 - 1600 M-F but somehow is always busy or not in that day to take a compliant. If you are lazy and want to collext a paycheck for not doing your job, apply here.

This staff at this post office is the worst. 
Very unprofessional
Packages constantly missing
Mail get delivered to wrong address
Tracked 2 packages and the last update for 1 stated out for delivery on June 1st. It's now June 5 and its still says out 4 delivery.
2nd package  update stated delivered.
Went to post office and received the 1 package that was out 4 delivery and was told that the other package wasn't there. Checked my rental office and got a negative response.
Called post office and was informed that my package WAS there and I could come and get it.
Arrived at post office and the Lazy clerk refused to look for my package.
Told me I could wait 15 min. for the manager to come back. At this point I don't have a choice.
Luckily the Female manager(always helpful) called the guy and he told her to look on the shelf..
Why couldn't  the lazy chic do the same.
