I don't know where to begin, but here goes, ... lost packages, can't read clearly written addresses, putting mail into wrong mail boxes, dropping letters on the ground, then driving off leaving them there, too lazy to get out of the truck and picking it up, saying they delivered an item, but didn't. I could go on, and on., but you get the drift. They are just like all other government employees, THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!!! Ok, it's been about 2 weeks and now, I see a tracking number of a package , this.... DELIVERED IN/AT MAILBOX Dec-21-17, 11:43 AM, DAYTON 77535 OUT FOR DELIVERY Dec-21-17, 09:31 AM, DAYTON 77535 Only, when I get home.. my box is empty! You gota love the Dayton Post Office.....

They keep throwing my packages over the fence and now they won't even answer the phone with no operator option so when i don't pick one it just sends me to the survey. They wont call me when my chicks arrive unless i call then first

This rating should be a zero. I called on a Friday about my package that was delivered to the wrong address. I was told I would receive a call back after the package was retrieved or with updates. (No call) Monday I called a was told the same thing. (No call)Then I get here and they're closed but they look at me walk to the door and one lady walked off after playing on her phone and looking at me for a second. The other shook her head at me so I spoke through the glass requesting info which she responded nonchalantly that she would have someone call me tomorrow! Needless to say, I won't be holding my breath. Also, why does this post office close so early 4pm? Lastly, my address has been officially changed since March!!!

The mail lady never delivers my certified letters. Once she just popped the "sorry we missed you form" in my mailbox while I was standing in the driveway. She needs yo be written up or something. She is always blaring rap music as she drives by and sometimes she is on her phone. So unprofessional and sad.

Super nice people. The facility is clean. Very friendly, helpful and courteous employees. Upbeat and happy. I wish all Post Offices and their employees were this nice. I'm super glad our Dayton was is! Thanks!
