Liars, thieves, thugs, working in this post office. I have evidence that these people leave notices that they attempted package delivery even though we are home waiting for it (i caught them on camera not ever pressing the door bell). They steal vehicle registration stickers. I paid for registration renewals. I got "informed mail digest" showing me arrival of my mail at post office, and then i received nothing in my mail. Then I found out, many people in my neighborhood are not getting this sticker. Could it be that someone in this post office is selling these stickers illegally? I filed for complaints with US Postmaster General, and got no responses. Everyone...please sign up for "informed mail digest" and watch for mail you don't get. Collect the evidence. I even heard that someone started a petition to get the manager and people at this post office fired. Incompetent!

Mail always delivered to wrong address. And never on time for the tracking dates for things ordered. They were great 10 yrs ago. They have been downhill since. Not good taking the phone off the hook 30 minutes prior to 5:00. Burnt out employees. Maybe time for some new people that really need a job and can be trained better than the temps that deliver mail.

Love seeing a Out for Delivery tracking number update before my eyes to "A notice was left because no secure delivery location was available" Funny, I've been sitting 6 feet from the door awaiting said package, and I even walked out to my mail box to check. No such notice exists in the box (which had no mail what so ever in it) or on/around the front door. I made an attempt to call and complain about the carrier, but the hold time is over an hour. USPS is obsolete, and I'm going to stop doing business with vendors that ship via them this enabling this sort of incompetence.

Went once, ... that was enough. Don't plan to go back ... ever! Do not even try to use the Porter post office! It is a complete disaster! I was going to move to Porter and paid online for a full year for a post office box that I never got to use (and could not even get a refund for), because the crones at Porter PO would never give me the additional paperwork that they allegedly needed signed. They had the standard PO form but would not give it to me. They insisted that I must download it from the online site. I explained that all of my computer gear was in storage. All I had was a smartphone and no way to print the form. I really wanted to move to Porter because I had a lot of connections there (the VFW, etc.). As a result of mistreatment by the malicious morons at the Porter post office, I moved elsewhere; so all of Porter lost my business and support. If you're stuck in Porter already, use UPS, FedEx, or someone who cares. The grotesquely overpaid government goons at the Porter post office don't ... and they know that they can't be fired.

Heidi and randle went above and beyond helping me find a letter from veterans affairs! I was very satisfied with theur level of customer service!
