Worst staff I have ever seen, I hope they fire them one day and bring new staff.

- they disrespect people.
- if you ask for scan or receipt they will never do it for you if you made your own shipping label online or whatever.
- lack of knowledge, they don’t know how to void a label.
- The drop shipping box is locked all the time and they use their counter.
- they don’t give a F about the customers because they don’t fear of getting fired.

Even if you think you are smart by giving them a negative feedback it won’t help.

My advice:
Drive to other post offices and look for better service. And save the time and efforts by keeping your blood pressure steady.

I'm in customer service full time and the lady I got was Rude I would never brush someone off like that. Literally she didn't even let me explain my situation for a package that has yet to been scan and it's been 10 days .  She said just wait it will get there and walked off .  The sad part is I have the other POST OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA  which is where the package was suppose to be going to calling me to help me with this matter and yet my local post office can't even help and would rather be rude. IF you don't like your job people then do us all a favor and QUIT.

They steal your packages, but make it look like it was delivered.  The lady who puts your packages in your Post Office Box is from N.O. and they steal.  The entire location is in on it.  They are mean spirited people who should all be fired.  I would NOT recommend anyone patronize this location.

i think you should stop treating the postal staff like nigerian slaves.It is so apparently obvious that this woman has no desire to work at your postal establishment nor has any inclination to provide any customer experience. Nice to see the ID badge of this mis-treated postal worker is backwards so no one can see her name. Really. UPSP needs to pay this woman more, like $50 an hour to show up there!!! She hates her job probably because she doesnt get paid enough to put stamps on envelopes and weigh the mail. Seriously, USPS, stop making people like this show up for work when its ABUNDANTLY CLEAR they dont want to be there!!! Stop holding your employees hostage and making them show up for work. They hate it. The hate eminantes over the counter reaching its sunshine on all of the innocent people there to send mail. I dont like to be VERBALLY ABUSED by your postal worker at this location. I was treated like I was a prisioner from the "Locked Up" TV show and Your Postal Worker was a prision guard. Raised her voice when i asked a question. Then said " move out of the way. (OK. SO i STOOD IN LINE TO ASK A QUESTION. MY BAD.) Are you Not cooperating ??? "" Like really LOUD in her BARBARIC VOICE. Maybe look for people with customer service background??? Instead of recruiting from the PRISION SYSTEM.

This is the worst post office in the country. They have lost several packages of mine and their mail carriers just decide on their own when they will deliver mail or not. We get skipped all the time and when the do deliver many times it's not until almost 10pm!😖
