VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was told that i could come pick up my package and when i got there no one would give me my belongings and told me to come back at a different time! Then i was called an idiot customer and a dumb ass! The supervisor was very unprofessional as well and slammed the door in my face!

I am waiting on a package from USPS. On the website it says it was in 2 different places at one time, How is this? Yet I have NOT received the package as of today 8/5/2017, It says on the delivery options that on 8/4/17  the package was in Dayton at2:29PM  at 8:32AM it was in Texas City, ( where I live and supposed to be delivered at). What happened? Please let me know. The USPS has always been excellent at delivering packages at this address. Thank you

I always get quick and courteous service any time I have to come in. Sometimes there's a line, but when is there not at a post office? They work through each customer as thoroughly, politely, and efficiently as possible. When I reach the counter I am usually done with my entire transaction in a couple minutes.

Continuously losing Mail I have to get voided then resent, while never answering a phone either. Use UPS or Fed Ex, never a post office, especially in Texas City!

Missed a package at home yesterday. Used pink slip and went online to tell them to hold the item and that I was coming to pick it up today. Went by today. Item is on truck for some reason. What's the point of using the online submission process if USPS ignores it? Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time.
